Ba điều quan trọng nhất

1. Chúng tôi không bao giờ hỏi mật khẩu TikTok của bạn và không đăng nhập vào tài khoản TikTok của bạn.
2. Từ buổi live, phần mềm chỉ đọc những gì vốn đã công khai trên sóng: tên hiển thị của người tặng quà hoặc bình luận, tên món quà, số lượng, tim và lượt theo dõi. Không có tin nhắn riêng, không có email hay số điện thoại của người xem.
3. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu, không chạy quảng cáo và không gắn mã theo dõi của bên thứ ba lên trang này.

Chính sách này áp dụng cho trang giftgame.live, ứng dụng máy tính GiftGame, bảng điều khiển web, lớp phủ và ô đọc bình luận miễn phí. Nó mô tả dữ liệu chúng tôi xử lý, lý do, nơi lưu và cách bạn yêu cầu xoá.

01Ai xử lý dữ liệu của bạn

Người vận hành GiftGame.live là bên chịu trách nhiệm xử lý dữ liệu nêu trong chính sách này. Mọi câu hỏi hoặc yêu cầu gửi về support@giftgame.live.

Một điểm nên biết trước: phần lõi của sản phẩm chạy trên chính máy của bạn. Bảng luật, cấu hình, kết nối tới game và phiên đăng nhập nằm trong thư mục dữ liệu trên máy bạn. Máy chủ chỉ giữ những thứ cần cho tài khoản, gói dịch vụ và nhật ký buổi live.

03Dữ liệu của người xem buổi live

Đây là phần cần nói rõ nhất. Khi bạn nối phòng LIVE của mình, phần mềm nhận các sự kiện công khai của phòng ấy — thứ mọi người đang xem đều thấy trên màn hình:

Tên hiển thị của người tặng quà hoặc bình luận (tối đa 120 ký tự trong nhật ký).
Tên món quà và số lượng, số tim gộp, lượt theo dõi.
Nội dung bình luận — chỉ khi bạn bật tính năng cần tới nó (ví dụ đọc bình luận thành tiếng, hoặc luật kích hoạt theo từ khoá).

Chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu: tin nhắn riêng, email, số điện thoại, thông tin thanh toán hay danh tính thật của người xem. Nội dung bình luận không được ghi vào nhật ký buổi live — nhật ký chỉ giữ tên hiển thị, tên quà và kết quả của lệnh.

Nếu bạn là người xem và muốn tên hiển thị của mình được gỡ khỏi nhật ký của một buổi live, hãy viết cho support@giftgame.live kèm tên phòng và khoảng thời gian; chúng tôi sẽ xoá.

04Ô đọc bình luận miễn phí

Ô «đọc bình luận» trên trang chủ không cần tài khoản. Bạn gõ tên một phòng TikTok đang live, máy chủ mở một luồng nghe và chuyển bình luận về trình duyệt của bạn để đọc thành tiếng. Chúng tôi không lưu nội dung các bình luận ấy vào cơ sở dữ liệu.

Phần phát giọng nói dùng dịch vụ chuyển văn bản thành giọng nói của Google: trình duyệt của bạn gửi thẳng câu cần đọc tới máy chủ của Google, không đi qua máy chủ chúng tôi. Nghĩa là nội dung câu ấy chịu chính sách riêng tư của Google. Không muốn thì đừng bật đọc tiếng.

05Cái gì hiện ra công khai

Khối «Ai đang live» có thể hiện tên tài khoản TikTok của những phòng đang chạy. Cửa công khai này mặc định tắt. Trong bảng điều khiển, danh sách ấy chỉ hiện cho những người dùng khác đã đăng nhập của chính sản phẩm này.

Liên kết lớp phủ (overlay) chứa một mã ngẫu nhiên dài và không đòi mật khẩu — ai có liên kết thì mở được. Nó chỉ hiển thị những gì khán giả vốn đã thấy trên sóng. Coi liên kết ấy như một bí mật: đừng đăng công khai.

06Trang web này

Trang không dùng Google Analytics, không pixel quảng cáo, không mạng phân phối phông chữ của bên ngoài — phông được tự lưu trên máy chủ của trang. Trang chỉ ghi một khoá vào bộ nhớ trình duyệt của bạn: gg.lang, để nhớ bạn chọn tiếng Việt hay tiếng Anh. Xoá dữ liệu trang trong trình duyệt là nó biến mất.

Trang đi qua một CDN, nên nhà cung cấp CDN thấy địa chỉ IP của mỗi lượt truy cập như mọi trang web khác.

07Chúng tôi chia sẻ với ai

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu và không trao đổi dữ liệu vì mục đích quảng cáo. Dữ liệu chỉ đi tới:

Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng — máy chủ và CDN nơi dịch vụ chạy.
Dịch vụ giọng nói của Google — chỉ khi bạn bật đọc bình luận, và đi thẳng từ trình duyệt của bạn (mục 04).
TikTok — kết nối tới phòng LIVE bạn chỉ định, để nhận sự kiện công khai.
Google hoặc TikTok, khi bạn bấm nút đăng nhập của họ — trình duyệt bạn đi thẳng sang trang của nhà cung cấp, và họ trả danh tính của bạn về máy chủ chúng tôi. Trang này không nạp mã của Google hay TikTok; không bấm nút thì không có lượt đi nào cả.
Cơ quan có thẩm quyền — khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp và chúng tôi buộc phải tuân thủ.

08Giữ bao lâu

Tài khoản — cho tới khi bạn yêu cầu xoá.
Nhật ký buổi live — cho tới khi bạn yêu cầu xoá, hoặc cho tới khi tài khoản bị xoá. Bảng điều khiển hiện chưa có nút xoá từng buổi; gửi yêu cầu tới hòm thư ở mục 13 và chúng tôi xoá.
Phiên đăng nhập và khoá kết nối — tới khi hết hạn hoặc bị thu hồi.
Nhật ký kỹ thuật — luân chuyển tự động, không giữ lâu dài.

Xoá tài khoản là xoá cả nhật ký buổi live gắn với nó, gồm tên hiển thị của người xem trong những buổi ấy.

09Quyền của bạn

Bạn có quyền yêu cầu: xem dữ liệu chúng tôi giữ về mình, sửa dữ liệu sai, xoá dữ liệu, nhận một bản sao để mang đi, hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý. Gửi yêu cầu tới support@giftgame.live — chúng tôi trả lời trong vòng 30 ngày. Nếu bạn cho rằng chúng tôi xử lý sai, bạn có quyền khiếu nại tới cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu tại nơi bạn sống.

10Bảo mật

Mọi kết nối đi qua HTTPS. Mật khẩu lưu dưới dạng băm scrypt, không lưu bản gốc. Khoá phiên và khoá kết nối máy chỉ lưu bản băm SHA-256 — chúng tôi không đọc lại được khoá của bạn, nên khoá mất là phải tạo khoá mới chứ không lấy lại được. Bạn thu hồi được từng khoá bất cứ lúc nào.

Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối. Nếu xảy ra sự cố ảnh hưởng tới dữ liệu của bạn, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo qua kênh liên hệ bạn đã cung cấp.

11Trẻ em

Dịch vụ không dành cho trẻ em và không hướng tới trẻ em. Người dùng phải đủ tuổi sử dụng TikTok LIVE theo quy định của TikTok tại nơi mình sống. Nếu biết mình đã vô tình giữ dữ liệu của trẻ em, chúng tôi sẽ xoá.

12Thay đổi chính sách

Bản mới nhất luôn ở địa chỉ này kèm ngày cập nhật. Thay đổi lớn sẽ được báo trong ứng dụng hoặc qua kênh liên hệ bạn đã cung cấp.

The three things that matter most

1. We never ask for your TikTok password and never log into your TikTok account.
2. From a broadcast, the software only reads what is already public on stream: the display name of whoever sent a gift or comment, the gift name and quantity, likes and follows. No private messages, no viewer emails or phone numbers.
3. We do not sell data, run no advertising, and put no third-party tracking scripts on this site.

This policy covers giftgame.live, the GiftGame desktop app, the web dashboard, the overlay and the free comment reader. It explains what data we process, why, where it lives and how to have it deleted.

01Who processes your data

The operator of GiftGame.live is responsible for the processing described here. Questions and requests go to support@giftgame.live.

One thing to know up front: the core of the product runs on your own machine. Rule tables, configuration, the connection to the game and your login session live in a data folder on your computer. Our server keeps only what is needed for your account, your plan and your session logs.

03Viewer data

This is the part that needs to be explicit. When you connect your LIVE room, the software receives that room's public events — the same things every viewer can see on screen:

The display name of whoever sent a gift or comment (stored up to 120 characters in the log).
The gift name and quantity, aggregated likes, and follows.
Comment text — only when you enable a feature that needs it (reading comments aloud, or keyword-triggered rules).

We do not receive or store private messages, emails, phone numbers, payment details or the real-world identity of viewers. Comment text is not written to the session log — the log keeps only the display name, the gift and the command outcome.

If you are a viewer and want your display name removed from a session log, write to support@giftgame.live with the room name and rough time window and we will delete it.

04The free comment reader

The comment reader on the home page needs no account. You type the name of a room that is currently live, our server opens a listener and forwards the comments to your browser to be read aloud. We do not store those comments in our database.

Speech playback uses Google's text-to-speech service: your browser sends the sentence directly to Google's servers, not through ours. That text is therefore subject to Google's privacy policy. If you would rather it were not, do not turn speech on.

05What becomes public

The "who is live" panel can show the TikTok usernames of rooms currently running. That public endpoint is off by default. Inside the dashboard, the list is visible only to other signed-in users of this product.

An overlay link contains a long random code and asks for no password — whoever holds the link can open it. It shows only what your audience already sees on stream. Treat the link as a secret: do not post it publicly.

06This website

No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no external font CDN — fonts are served from this site itself. The site writes one key into your browser storage: gg.lang, remembering whether you chose Vietnamese or English. Clearing site data removes it.

The site is served through a CDN, so the CDN provider sees the IP address of each visit, as with any website.

07Who we share with

We do not sell data and do not trade it for advertising. Data reaches only:

Infrastructure providers — the server and CDN the service runs on.
Google's speech service — only if you enable the comment reader, and directly from your browser (section 04).
TikTok — the connection to the LIVE room you specify, to receive its public events.
Google or TikTok, when you press their sign-in button — your browser goes to the provider's own page, and they return your identity to our server. This site loads no Google or TikTok code; if you never press the button, no such request happens.
Authorities — where we face a lawful request we must comply with.

08How long we keep it

Account — until you ask us to delete it.
Session logs — until you ask us to delete them, or until the account is deleted. The dashboard has no per-session delete button yet; write to the address in section 13 and we will remove them.
Login sessions and machine keys — until they expire or you revoke them.
Technical logs — rotated automatically, not kept long term.

Deleting your account also deletes the session logs attached to it, including the viewer display names recorded in them.

09Your rights

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. Send requests to support@giftgame.live — we reply within 30 days. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.

10Security

All connections use HTTPS. Passwords are stored as scrypt hashes, never in the clear. Session keys and machine keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes — we cannot read your key back, so a lost key is replaced, not recovered. You can revoke any key at any time.

No system is perfectly secure. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you through the contact channel you gave us.

11Children

The service is not intended for or directed at children. Users must be old enough to use TikTok LIVE under TikTok's rules where they live. If we learn we hold a child's data, we delete it.

12Changes to this policy

The current version always lives at this address with its update date. Significant changes will be announced in the app or through the contact channel you gave us.
